Iclickbanner4less.com reserve the right to refuse service to, or terminate the order of any customer, for any reason, including, but not limited to obscene, pornographic, unlawful, malicious or offensive content

We do not knowingly infringe our customer’s copyrights.  We do not show your designs or slogans to others.  By uploading your content you give iclickbanner4less a license to use your content in the production of your order

Terms of Sale:
Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with order.  No work will proceed until payment is received.  No refunds once your order has been verified.  No partial refunds for work not completed.

You are 100% responsible for your design: 
As iclickbanner4less.com provided customer free design tool.  Please be sure to proofread your design/layout and inspect your file preview before you submitted for printing.  We will not double check your files!

Sales Tax:
All California orders are subject to sales tax.  If customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with the first order.

Shipping & Handling: 
It is our best intention to ship your order within 2 business days.  Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.  Order submitted on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will begin on the next business day.  Iclickbanner4less.com is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.  We will notify you if there are any delays in shipment.

We ship to the shipping address that you provide at checkout-please make sure that it is entered correctly!  No P.O. Box as shipping address.  Shipment tracking numbers will be provided to you via email when your order ships.
